Who we are

OKFP ("we", "us", "our") is a website design and marketing business. This policy explains what personal data we collect through okfp's website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.

You can contact us about anything in this policy at okfpweb@outlook.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, through the contact forms on our homepage and "Start a project" page. Depending on which fields you fill in, this may include:

We don't use tracking cookies, analytics, or advertising pixels on this site at this time.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, put together a proposal, and — if you go ahead — deliver the work you've asked us for. Our lawful basis for this is legitimate interest: replying to someone who has directly asked us to get in touch is a reasonable and expected use of the details they've given us.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not add you to any mailing list without your separate, explicit consent.

Who we share it with

Form submissions are processed using Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers your message to our inbox. Formspree processes this data on our behalf and has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data in transit.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with any other third party.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal purposes. If your enquiry doesn't turn into a project, we aim to delete your details within 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, email okfpweb@outlook.com and we'll respond within one month.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your personal data, please tell us first at okfpweb@outlook.com so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain directly to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
